Terms of Service

Cmbat Connection (the "Platform") and all associated software, design, branding, text, graphics, logos, and underlying technology are the exclusive property of Cmbat Connection and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (profiles, photos, videos, messages, event information, and other materials, collectively "User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Cmbat Connection a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting), display, and distribute it for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

You agree not to, and not to permit any third party to:

• Scrape, crawl, spider, or otherwise extract data from the Platform by automated means.
• Harvest, aggregate, or build a competing database from Platform data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Platform.
• Impersonate any person, fighter, gym, coach, manager, matchmaker, or promoter.
• Submit a false or fraudulent fighter claim, or claim a profile you are not legally entitled to claim.
• Falsify records, results, affiliations, credentials, or identity verification.
• Use the Platform to harass, threaten, defame, or endanger any person.
• Interfere with the Platform's security, integrity, or normal operation.

Profile claims and identity verification are reviewed by Cmbat Connection. We may deny, revoke, or transfer ownership of any profile based on the information available, including third-party records. Submitting a false claim is grounds for immediate termination and may be reported to applicable authorities or sanctioning bodies.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for conduct we determine to be harmful to the Platform, our users, or third parties. You may close your account at any time via your account settings; certain content (e.g. event records, results, public profile entries linked to historical bouts) may persist for the integrity of the combat sports record.

Cmbat Connection is a platform that facilitates connections between independent parties. We do not promote, sanction, organize, or warrant any event, bout, fight, ticket sale, livestream, training arrangement, contract, or transaction listed on the Platform. Promoters, gyms, coaches, managers, matchmakers, and fighters are solely responsible for their own events, communications, agreements, compliance with sanctioning bodies, insurance, medical clearances, and applicable law.

Ticket sales, livestream access, and registration fees are between the user and the listing party. Cmbat Connection is not a party to those transactions.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that records, affiliations, or third-party data are accurate, complete, or current.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CMBAT CONNECTION AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE PLATFORM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

You assume all risk associated with combat sports activity, training, travel, competition, and any in-person interactions arranged through the Platform.

[Arbitration clause — placeholder] Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration body, governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cmbat Connection is established. You and Cmbat Connection waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions. This section will be finalized prior to general availability and may be updated; users will be notified of material changes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
